Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Service Point Delivery
Most of our shipping options use service point delivery (pickup points). You can select your preferred pickup location during checkout. You will be notified when your package arrives at the service point.
Delivery times: 3-7 business days for Nordic countries, 5-10 business days for EU countries
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for select service point delivery options in all our shipping zones. The free shipping option will be displayed at checkout when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through PostNord or DPD's website depending on your location.
International Orders (EU)
- All prices include VAT for EU customers
- No additional customs fees for EU deliveries
- Delivery times may vary depending on location
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and select EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address and selected service point are correct before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once the order has been processed.
